Soft and impermeable, our aluminum sealing foils with medical grade acrylic adhesive provide optimum sealing for all standard PCR plates, micro plates, and deep well blocks. Easily pierced with single or multi-channel pipettors and probes, they are suitable for storage down to -80°C. .
Single tabbed backing paper removes easily; aluminum sheet resist rolling back. Once applied, the seal adheres aggressively, forming a tight positive seal preventing evaporation of VOCs, sample loss in storage, drying, cross contamination, and reducing the risk of aerosols and pathogens venting.
